Re: weirdest thing cried about?

  • I cried last week because I thought our wood stairs are too slippery and I might fall when I'm really pregnant or carrying the baby. We currently rent our house so my DH was not sure what we could do. We'll figure it out. (I did realize it was completely silly I was crying).

  • I cried watching "planet of the apes" because I thought they were being so mean to the monkey. Probably not that outrageous, but I wouldn't have normally cried.

  • I completely lost it during the Stanford, OK St. game. I'm not a fan of either team but I fell for Justin Blackmon when I saw I heard the story about his super fan with cancer.

  • I've actually been quite good - haven't really cried except last night when watching Intervention - but, that show is messed up so I felt my crying was valid.

  • fear factor...how can someone cry during fear factor?! i did -- it was the part where the girl had to pick up the snakes with her mouth and transfer to another bin. then the girl broke down and cried and by that time i was sobbing...."why would they make them do this?? it's not right!!"  so sad... lol

  • I actually haven't cried at all and I've had valid reasons too.  I've never really been an emotional person though.

  • I cried on Christmas because my mom and mamaw cooked dinner and I couldn't eat it because it was making me feel sick. I felt bad that they went through the trouble and I was just going to throw it up. Very strange.
  • On two separate occasion's in the last week, I have cried while the St. Jude commercial was on. Crocodile tears. Then my DH (trying to be a jerk, because he thinks its funny when i cry about dumb stuff) says "does it make you cry because you picture Macklin and Lennon being the sick kids?". Which makes me yell "yaaaa" and then cry even more. What a turd. But seriously, its so sad. I even convinced myself im going to start contributing the $19 a month.

  • The other day I wanted Chinese, and dh told me sure, why don't you order it, I told him I didn't want to so he went ahead and ordered for me, but I started crying anyway, just cause I had to ask twice.  Then 5 min later I started crying again because I had just cried over chinese food!

  • I took my parents to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra for their Christmas present and I wanted it to be perfect (long story short, bro has money and buys big things and I can't!). We had what seemed like bad seats (in the end they were good) and I burst into tears because everybody was laughing about how bad the seats were. Really??? I would have been laughing a month ago!

  • I teared up, but kept it together because i put all my groceries on the conveyer at the grocery store and the guy told me "this line is returns only"...so i had to put everything back in the cart and move to another line.

I had to talk to myself in my head reminding myself that it wasn't a big deal. haha!

  • I was watching one of my favorite childhood movies "Follow That Bird" on Netflix.  It's an old Sesame Street film from the early 80s.  I was elated to have found it on Netflix and I was quick to talk to my husband about it, who was sitting quietly trying to watch football on TV.

As I started to watch it, five minutes into the movie one of my favorite Sesame Street characters, Mr. Snuffleupagus, came on the screen.  I shrieked with joy and said, "Look, Hubby-Head!  It's Snuffy!"  He nodded and smiled and went back to the game.  Suddenly, I broke out into a flood of tears and wailing.  He rushed over to me like something horrible happened.  I couldn't stop crying enough to tell him that I was so happy that I was going to be a mother and be able to share experiences like "Follow That Bird" with my child.  When I finally told him, he laughed so hard he had to sit back down.

Shortly after that, I called my mother and cried about the same thing.  She was talking to me like I had lost my mind.  In fact, I thought I had lost mine too.  It only last about 5 minutes, but it was hysterical!

  • I cried during Mr. Poppers Penguins *spoiler alert*  when the egg doesn't hatch. Whenever I cry during movies DH always kisses my forehead which made me cry more because it's so sweet.

Then  I cried when my dad told me he wants to help us by buying some diapers before the baby gets here I started crying  saying how sweet that was of him.
