  I don't have a hands free pump, but I almost wish that I did buy one... I pumped for one year with DS, and I would have loved to have been able to multitask a bit more with a hands free pump...

  Mine isn't hands-free, but I plan on getting a hands-free bra or bustier for it eventually (or making one for that matter)... not worth another $100 to me!

  I liked that the medela hands free option also had a rechargeable battery.

  The simple wishes hands-free bra works great and will only cost you $15-30.  The hands-free pump isn't worth the $ in my opinion.
