ok.. so I am just gonna go and put this out there and ask a complete bunch of strangers for some suggestions...

I am horrible, I mean horrible at making advances as my DH for some lovin time.. horrible.. I am best at just mentioning that I'd like some time for us.. and that doesn't get us anywhere cause he would love for me to put in some initiative.. so ladies- give me your best ideas! Please! I am a pretty modest girl, but would love to change this..

I'm pretty open so I usually just come right out and say it. Otherwise I find that if I kiss my husband (anything other than a quick kiss on the lips) he is instantly ready to go.

text some dirty notes to each other throughout the day....then tell him he's going down tonight. I'm not really modest when it comes to my husband, I just tell him what I want and I'm pretty straight forward with him. I just usually push whatever he's doing aside (literally) and jump on it/him.

I know, it's just that I am clueless in this department and after 8 years together I am obviously not getting bold enough to do anything that I think would work- thats the only reason I am looking for ideas.. you are totally right though, I know it's something that both my husband and I have to comfortable with- again just looking for some thoughts and suggestions.. thanks though :-) I know he's not thrilled with having to put in the effort all the time to get things rolling. :-)

sorry this is good too! I just know that my DH seems good to go at any time! I was out yesterday getting some new bras (ones that'll actually fit) and found a little "sexy nightie" and got it. I think that will work. I usually will just call him to the bedroom, wait for him to the shower (half the work is done!) or come down to the kitchen wearing it under a housecoat... he'll peak!

Some good stand-by's that I use is either just getting into bed w/ nothing on & snuggling a lot or I'll take his shirt off when he's lying next to me & start kissing his chest and stomach, and keep on moving down south to get him ready to go

I know where you are coming from. My husband is always the first one to initiate things. But when I am in the mood and it doesn't look like he's gonna be making any moves, or I just want to surprise him, I cuddle up to him real close in bed and give him endless kisses until he gets the hint.

I have also been known to just walk into the bedroom wearing my panties and bra (sexy ones) and walk around the room acting like I am looking for something. He usually takes full advantage of this. If you are comfortable laying on your stomach, try this.... ask your husband for a massage. Buy some yummy massage oil and candles and set the scene. Then strip down and lie on the bed with your bottom goods covered with a towel. The rhythmic touch is sensual and will relax you, while starting out with the towel covering you is not overtly sexual.
