The fact that I didn't have to worry about anything! No responsibilities! I lived in a bubble! I went to an all girls catholic school we wore uniforms so we didn't even have to worry about how we looked or boys, I was driven to and from school every day, lunch was ready when I got home...ahhh those were the days!
I actually loved high school. I had my eye on my goal of getting into my favorite university, and my favorite moment was when I found out I got in AND I was awarded a merit scholarship. They announced (and the others that got major scholarships) at an assembly and I remember being on stage and feeling so accomplished.
The most memorable thing is the desire to GET OUT. I couldn't wait to be done. Other than that it was my sewing, art and drama classes. If I had to be there then I at least wanted to do things I enjoyed.
Junior and senior years were pretty great. I was involved in 54278602 things and loved (almost) all of them. Now I feel overwhelmed if I have more than 2 evening commitments a week.
