  Call your regular doctor. Feel better soon, I have a sinus infection & it's definitely not fun.

  Yup, call your regular doctor. If they aren't sure about what to prescribe, you can double check with your OB.

  This is what I did for my sinus infection and it was the easiest process.

  Yep, it's an ear infection.  He also said I have a build up of wax in my ear.  I can't stand that, I never understand how that happens as I am so anal about cleaning my ears.  So I tried one of those OTC ear irrigation systems and now I can't hear at all out my right ear.  I hope the antibiotics work soon and all this clears up.
