Baby Acne PSA

LO's acne was getting out of control so I dabbed a bit of my proactiv on the area and it is all cleared up today! I was getting worried b/c I am taking her to get pictures done today.

    I would have just asked them to photoshop them out. That's what we did.. along with Mila's extra fat roll ;).

    Why would you put something so harsh on a baby's face?

    You should have seen her face! It was gross! Pimples everywhere.  So happy it worked :)

    I have used Baby Eucerin for it, and it clears up pretty fast...not sure about Proactiv for a baby...

    Considering that it's just a short phase that goes away on it's own, I don't know why you would want to treat it with a harsh adult product. Seems extreme to me. It's not like LO is going on dates or aware of her appearance, so I'm not sure what the big problem is with riding it out for a couple of weeks.

    If you don't want to put in on your LO's face, just put it on your own.  It totally worked for me.  Of course, it only works if you're breast feeding.  YWIA!

    Just smear some breastmilk all over it. Helps a lot!

    Also try using a different soap. My children can't use any "baby" product.
