I am scared and nervous..had all of these symptoms and now none.

in 1st Trimester
My boobs were sooo sore and now they are not, I have no urgency to go the bathroom anymore. I have an ultrasound tomorrow. I am suppose to be 6 weeks and 5days. And I had severe pain in my stomach last night. I am just so nervous!

    I had the same thing, spoke to my doctor, and he said that every pregnancy is different, and there'll be days (or stretches of days) where you just don't "feel" pregnant any more, and it's usually nothing. Things come and go. Try your best to calm down - freaked out mamas are no good for wee babies.

    At the end of week 4, my symptoms went away for maybe 5 days and I was a little worried.  Now, I'm miserable with morning/noon/night sickness, headaches, occasional cramps, etc.!  Enjoy the lack of symptoms while you can! :)
