  I hadn't taken any either until I went to L&D for a week with fevers/pneumonia. They gave me 1 extra strength every 6 hours. The dr said 1 extra strength or 2 regular strength.

  My OB said I could take two extra strength if I need to, just not to make a habit of it.

  My OB said 800mg max at a time. I am sure 1000mg wouldn't hurt once. I usually just take 500mg.

  I was having SERIOUS sinus headaches because I have bad allergies and all the meds we can take arent strong enough, so I would take the 2 extra strength tylenol, and LO is just fine in there

  You can take 2, just make sure you don't go over 4000 mg in a 24 hour period. It will cause you liver damage.

  Thanks ladies for all your replies. I'm just goingto take one for now. My cramps are not that bad theyjust scared me because i was thinking they might be contractions and I'm only32 weeks. My dr checked my cervix,and I'm still closed thankfully. She said I should try to get more fluids and try the Tylenol. Thanks again! :0)
