  great news....one more day and you will be full term....so that nice progress!

  i wish i had made that much progress...they didnt check me until my 39th week appt and i was "soft" and that was it.

  I had my 38 week appointment today, I am 1cm dilated and the doctor said her head is sitting pretty low. I'm thinned out, but she didn't mention any percentages. I really wouldn't mind if she comes any day now. Haha.

  We are so close! I called my DH to tell him the news, and he just kept saying "Wow . . .wow!" like he was in shock. I love your LO's name too!

  Doesn't it feel good?  I was 2cm and 70% effaced at my 37 wk appointment and still not baby.  I have to wait until Friday to go in again so will be 38 and a half weeks at that point.  Unfortunately a lady I work with was at work for 2 weeks at 4cm and 90% before her labor started so it doesn't necessarily mean anything

  When I went to my appt last wk I was 37 wks and dilated 3cm 50% effaced.I go tomorrow and we'll see if there is any difference

  I found out I was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced at yesterday's 39 wk appointment. I've been feeling a few period-like cramps since and have lost my mucous plug (TMI haha). I was so excited, I called SO into the bathroom to see (in the toilet). He was a little grossed out but understood that I was excited because it meant there is some progress. I know women who have been slightly dilated for a long time with no movement, and those who have lost their plugs and had them regenerate. But I'm hoping this is a sign of something more happening soon!

  That's awesome! I am progressing similar to you- 2cm and 50% effaced at my 37 week appointment yesterday. She also said her head was VERY low. As in, it seemed like OB felt her immediately after, um, entry
