I'm a WW memeber. I just recently re-started logging my points. (and I'm doing MFP for accountability with y'all).
So night, I logged all my points with WW and I went 1 point over for my goal of 28/day. However when I log into MFP it shows I am 286 calories away from my "daily goal" of 1,260/day.
Here's the real problem.
I want a skinny cow ice cream bar. That's 4 WW points. But it's also 'only' 140 calories.
who would you go with? WW points or MFP calories?

I agree. I think there are some flaws in the "a calorie is just a calorie" approach and that WW does a better job of taking into account food choices, especially for weight loss nutrition.
FWIW, there were periods during my weight loss when I tracked both MFP and WW points. For me, it was a recipe for frustration and burnout. There are times when I'd be under on points, but over on calories or vise versa and it was confusing and aggravating. I highly recommend using just one type of tracker.
Not going to say which one is better, becuase I think which ever one you will use is great. But I have my MFP set up to show the fat, sugar, proteins etc so that I can stay on track with those too. I believe you just go to your settings to switch them up from what it is set at when you start up.
