I am throwing a baby shower for my BFF at the end of the month and need to get the invites out. I went the etsy route and then printed them myself, and I thought I could just run to any old store to buy 5x7 envelopes (also called A7 or greeting card envelopes)
I've been looking around online all morning to decide where to go after work. Walmart are Target have them but they are listed as online only. And I can't find them at all online for staples, office max, or office depot. Where else am I supposed to look? I could get them next day from amazon, but that comes in 100 count and I only need 25-30.
Has anyone bought these in store before??
Re: NTR: Where can I buy plain 5x7 envelopes?
I did the same thing for his bday party. I found them in Walmart in the office supplies. They had them in white and cream.
I would call the office stores I often find them more helpful in the store than online. Another place to try is a card store that also prints invites such as greetings and readings or a store that sells stationary.
I couldn't find them at Walgreens or Target yesterday. Then, I magically opened my invitations that I printed in Walgreens photo & they gave me the envelopes for free! I was so happy.
A friend of mine told me that they're pretty easy to find at Office Max / Depot. That was going to be my next stop before I saw that I had them already. You can always try calling your nearest Office Max before going there to make sure.
