Are there any places there where you can sit and have coffee and/or lunch and they have play areas for toddlers? They have a few here in Oregon and my mom friends and I love going to them...just wondering if they have anything like that there for when we move. Here's the website to one of the ones here so you get what I mean.
Re: Play places in RR/Cedar Park areas?
We have bounce houses where you can bring your own food and the little ones bounce away.
The Big Bounce
I am not sure of any other places but the others on here may chime in.
Married and it feels so good!
I like it when I can get a groupon for it, but yeah I think it's overpriced otherwise. We certainly don't go every week or anything. And I'm a bit of a snob and usually pack my own food for Kate. I know that it's not allowed, but they don't exactly have organic options, KWIM?
Safari Champ is probably the only place that is similar to that. I will only go if we get there right when they open at 9 and we are done by 10:30 otherwise I feel like it's filled with wild kids whose parents let them run crazy.
There is a toy store in Georgetown that has a play area. It's $5 per kid per day and it is always staffed with somebody to play with your kids. They have tables for the adults and a self-serve coffee area. It's small but I like it.

There is a ton of great parks in the cedar park/round rock/pville/georgetown area and since we have great weather most of the year, I find it easiest to hit up starbucks, pack a picnic and meet up at a park for some play time.
Ditto the bounce houses but sometimes I think those can be pretty overwhelming but, like me, my kids get overwhelmed easily by a ton of other kids.
I just took my 3yo to the big bounce yesterday afternoon. he had a BLAST, it was clean and not too crowded.
We just moved here in November, I'm in Cedar Park....when you get there lets g2g!
