Now that I'm finally feeling better (haaaaaallelujah!), I want to get back to working out. Do you have any yoga video recs? Classes will be too pricey and I don't really have a babysitting option, so I need something I can do at home. It doesn't necessarily have to be prenatal yoga--sometimes I find that things geared toward pregnant women feel like they're also geared for my great-grandmother--but if it's prenatal and you liked it, that's good, too.
We have Netflix, if that matters, but I don't think we have the on-demand feature (isn't that extra?? we have the most basic thing ever).
Re: Yoga Video Recs?
Netflix has 2 account options: digital downloads or physical DVDs through the mail.
I'm a total yoga noob, but I like:
https://www.youtube.com/user/yogatic
and
https://www.hulu.com/yoga-works
I like the YogaWorks videos more (better instructions) but the commercials can be incredibly aggravating.
I like Crunch Fitness's Yoga Mama. It was challenging enough that I felt like I was doing something, but not crazy hard. It's available for online viewing through Netflix.
ETA: We don't have the streaming feature either, but I can still play it on my computer.
