I bought the earth's best cereal bars and then noticed honey as an ingredient. Should I hold off until she is 2?

As long as honey has been cooked and added as an ingredient, it is okay to feed. Plain honey is what you need to be careful with and wait

Honey is fne after a year and its straigh honey that is the issue, if honey is cooked into something, its not an issue.
