Follies too large/mature?

I'm currently on cd20 and had my 2nd IUI one week ago. At my u/s on day 12 I had 3 follies: 31, 28, and 19. They had me trigger that morning after the u/s and come in the following morning for the IUI. Initially I was psyched about the number and size of my follies; however, after further research i'm concerned they were too mature? Of course I didn't  ask my RE the questions that I now have. Anyone else have follies this large? Did your doctor go through with the IUI? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!!
Me:28 DH:32. Married Sept 2008. TTC since Sept 2009. Bloodwork & HSG April 2011: all clear. DX Sept 2011: unexplained infertility (DH w/ retrograde). 11/30/11: u/s 2 follicles at 23mm and 25mm; ovidrel trigger. 12/2/11: IUI #1. 12/15/11: BFN. 12/26/11: u/s 3 follicles at 28mm, 29mm, and 31mm; ovidrel trigger. 12/27/11: IUI #2. 1/5: BFP (result of trigger shot?) 1/6: BFN 1/7 thru 1/9: BFP!! 1/10: confirmed pregnant! 1st beta 205; progesterone 41. 1/13: 2nd beta...     They do sound rather large, however the 19mm was a pretty good size for the trigger.  My clinic considers anything over 26mm to be "past maturity", but that doesn't mean it can't work!  Your RE must have a plan that includes the large follies.  Good Luck!!
