What questions should I prepare with? I will be emotional so I want to have a list ready... I have never had a WTF appointment before. I don't know what to expect.
And please let me know if I am getting on your nerves... I won't ask anymore questions.

Re: WTF appointment is thursday morning...
I haven't had a WTF before...I assume you recap what happened and make a plan moving forward? If there is anything you would like to change about how things were done, I would bring those ideas with you.
I am so sorry you have to do this:(
What is the most beneficial wait or break before trying again? Should you take birth control during that time or is it more advantageous to allow your body to be completely hormone free?
Also, I can't recall...did do you do acupuncture during your cycles?
No, I can't find anyone around here to do acupuncture or I would!

As someone who has had plenty of WTF appointments, basically you sit down with the doctor and they go over your whole cycle with you. They discuss what they think went wrong, if anything, and what they'd like to change up in the next cycle. And of course try to answer whatever questions you may have.
Good luck, hopefully you'll get some good information. I always felt a bit better after these appointments even if I didn't get great answers. My doctor was always positive about looking to the next cycle.
TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
First off, you are not getting on anyones nerves...that's why we are all here!
I asked what they would change about the protocol and insisted on RPL testing (even though I only had one m/c)...in MA they cover it and I think that's where your insurance is through? I can't remember the other questions because I was a wreck at the time. Hope you are able to get a good plan together.

FWIW I think your results were just bad luck. I think everything WAS perfect, except as things started to develop they didn't come together right. The bright side is they ended on their own - this is merely my opinion from my m/c so I hope you don't take offense to it. I think the RPL will tell you if there is anything else you need to learn from this. I don't even know if the reason you haven't gotten AF is b/c of all the hormones, etc. I guess I wouldn't look for some magic answer and I would trust your gut that things WERE perfect, what you could see and do, anyhow. I don't know much about testing prior to transfer, and am not a fan, so I think things just went the way they should. I hate that as I type it but that is what I feel so I am saying it.
It sounded by your previous post that you were concerned about the success rates of your clinic. How are you feeling overall about them? I don't know how that % compares to the industry standard. I would follow through on any thoughts you have about your RE/clinic but my gut is telling me this was just the wrong embryo. It also tells me that you are so ready for this, meaning your body. I wouldn't change a thing and just move forward.
Hang in there, it's not easy.
I am so sorry you have to go through this.
At mine - my RE went over all the positives -- response - fertilization and stuff -- and what he'd do differently next time. I didnt ask many questions.
