That c-section shelf, belly pooch, deflated balloon, or whatever you want to call the bottom part of my stomach. How do you get rid if it? Cardio? Ab workouts? Aside from wearing a girdle for the rest of my life, how do I get it to go away??

I don't think it does totally....unless you get plastic surgery to be honest. It does get much, much better though.
I am down 20lbs from my prepregnancy weight and I still have it! He did pull the skin as much as possible after delivery but you are so swollen, etc., they can only do so much.
