I'm getting one done on Friday (YAY!) but don't know if I should go nekkid under the towel like I normally do for a massage. I think I've read here that the tables are different, and I wasn't sure if that meant less cover for the lady bits.
I think I was commando last time. The big pillow you lay in (picture a half pipe - like for skateboarding) actually provides a ton of coverage b/c it comes up on the sides.
Be ready for your baby to shift positions while you are there. I was completely freaked out to feel my rightie go transverse then leftie during the course of my first prenatal massage - which made it not very relaxing. If you haven't laid on your stomach or leaned over a birth ball, your new position can give your little one all sorts of new ideas.
Hmm, ok. I have no idea what sort of table I'll have and what position I'll be laying in, so I may go with the undies. Don't need to show off my goodies just yet
I had one a couple of weeks ago and I just stripped down to my underwear and the masseuse covered me with a blanket for the most part. However, you should definitely do what makes you feel comfortable.

Even if the table is different, I'm sure they still cover as much or as little as you want to be comfortable.
If it's not one of those where the middle drops down, you'll just be on your sides.
