For those of you who have been to the south Lamar location, could you "describe" it for me? I've never been and they don't really have any pics on the website. DD wants to have her bday party at a "jumpy place" and I really want one where you get the whole space - it freaks me out when there are 4000 other kids running around.
Re: S/O hoppin house
we have hosted our DD's birthday party here before and really liked it. We did the private party option (because I'm with you - don't want a bunch of other kids running around). There is a party room with tables and chairs (this is where we had the cake, and some snacks and food). There is also a fridge and freezer where you can keep stuff.
They have the usual jumpy place stuff (big slide, a few bigger jumpy things - like 4 in total if I remember correctly). They have this cool foam pit where the kids jump in and play (DD loves it). There is also a small toddler area for little ones to play with toys if they are not old enough to jump. And some tables and chairs that parents can sit at.
It's perfect for a birthday party (just enough time, and a good space where the kids can have fun but you can also keep an eye on them.)
They book up quick though - so call pretty far in advance. We wanted to have our party here again this month, but I waited too long to call so we are having it at the new Cedar Park location instead.
