A few weeks ago I picked up a clay heating pack at my local CVS, with the thought that it might be helpful for after delivery. Over the weekend I started using it. Oh sweet jesus, it is my favorite thing these days.
1 minute 15 seconds in the microwave and I get at least an hour of sweet heat on my lower back. My only complaint is that the velcro strap isn't long enough to encompass my big ol belly. But the other day I was walking around with it strapped over my shoulder, which has gotten all wonky from sleeping on my side. I'm seriously having a love affair with this thing.

Tell us more about this clay heating pack! Is it like one of those rice bags that you microwave?
I was thinking those heat wrap things would be good for lower back.
That was me yesterday. Every step I took made my lower back sting and my whole left leg was sore. I think baby was pressing on my sciatic nerve. Luckily today is much better. Hopefully you find relief soon, one way or another!
Re: Lower back pain
