Older sibling all over baby

Disclaimer on iphone so tjere is no spacing I am not quite 2 under 2. My ds was 2y2m when dd was born. But I need some advice. My ds loves his sister soo much. Well too much. He needs to be right there with her. He is kissing her so much which is cute but I can't get it under control. I Thought the newness would wear off but it hasn't. Dd has been home with me and ds has been continuing daycare. Dd will be starting there this week as well. I hate to python in timeout but it is out of control now. He doesn't hurt her at least intentionally. Sometimes he is a little too aggressive but he doesn't mean it. She will usually cry when he is bothering her but he just doesn't get it. He is so smart but will Not listen and leave her alone. HELP.

    Sorry I can't be of much help becuase I'm in the same situation. DD loves her brother soooo much. I let her kiss him for a little bit and then I put DS in a spot where he is kind of off limits (the swing or playpen) and then we play to take her mind off of it. At least now that DS is older he can try to interact with her laughing and smiling. Good Luck!!

    I taught DS1 gentle.  He would give DS2 things roughly, or climb on him to give him a kiss, I would say gentle and take his hand and pat or touch DS1 gently.  When I was doing something to DS1 gently I would say gentle.  It took about a month or so before  he really got it.  Now he is much more gentle with DS2.
