Recommend your maternity pillow

I threw out my original one because it was worn after my last pregnancy.  They had one at the time (or the wedge).  It was a boppy C shaped one.  Now I see the U shaped ones which would be nice so I don't have to flip it - but will I get hot?

 What pillow do you recommend?

  • I love my boppy body pillow!  I tend to leave it on the side of the bed away from DH and when I flip to face him it's at my back, which is also comfortable though I imagine once I get bigger I'll want something on that side to support the belly.

  • Boppy, I love it!  It helps to supprt my belly and back at same time.
  • I had a Snoogle for my first pregnancy and loved it but it definitely flattened out a lot.  I bought a Boppy u-shaped pillow for this pregnancy and LOVE it!  It is very fluffy and the cover that came with it is much softer cotton than the one on my Snoogle (kind of scratchy/cheap feeling).  I can't sleep without it and I don't get hot.  It wraps around my back and belly perfectly to support everything.
  • I have the Today's Mom U-shaped Pregnancy pillow and I LOVE it. I first had a C-shaped one and I couldn't stand it. I found it so difficult to roll over, which I still do constantly. The U-shaped one makes it super easy. I'm in my own little cocoon in there! I highly highly recommend this people. I know people love the snoogle but I realized it would not be for me. I need something that supports both sides of my body.

  • I must be alone here, but I found the Snuggle to be too big and bulky and it made me really hot during the night.  I would fall asleep with it fine but wake up in the middle of the night hot and kick it off the bed.  It took up a lot of room and my husband would complain lol.  I returned it in less than a week.  I'm looking for something a little smaller now.
  • I didn't want to spend the money on a maternity pillow so I am just using a body pillow I already had.  It works great because I can put it between my knees and it also supports my belly and head.  I bought a new cover for it at Target that is beyond soft, too!

  • I highly recommend the Luna Lullaby pillow which you can buy online on Amazon, etc. or some stores carry them.  They are awesome and I cant sleep without it!  It is super comfortable and doesnt take up too much room in the bed, which is a plus because I dont like feeling scrunched.  I also bought the snoogle and boppy pillows, but they didnt do much for me.  Too bulky and they flattened out after only a few uses.  Plus, they say you can use the Luna Lullaby when baby arrives too and the covers are soft and washable...a bonus...since my boppy one didnt have a removable cover.
