Period Like Cramps

I'm almost 16 weeks and today I have felt like I started my period. Not blood but how my cramps were with my periods, that's how I have felt ALL DAY. I have taken Tylenol, and as like before those period cramps just dont go away until they want to. They've been happening all day this morning when I woke up big time. and this weekend I was moving to my new house, and it being only me, I was the only one doing all the lifting and stuff. Should I call the hospital considering the clinic is closed? also my past two visits, my blood pressure was high.

    Call your OB, drink more water and put your feet up.

    It could be UTI's. I was miserable and found out it was UTI's. I think I had 5 of them while I was pregnant. It got to the point I had so many the doctor would just call in a perscription to the pharmacy for me so I didn't have to go in. Go see a doc and drink some cranberry juice!

    I would like to thank you all for your comments! Since I'm indian I go to to the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, which is also where the women's clinic is and my OB. I ended up going in and indeed my bladder infection did not go away with RX they had given me before but it had worsen to a UTI. and a BAD ONE. They put me on a different antibiotic and gave me strict rules. Told me if I start to feel wrose to come back in because it may turn into a Kidney infection and kidney infections can cause preterm labor. I havent been sick at all and its been horrible with sick people at my college. So I was happy I didn't get sick. I now feel like I jinxed myself :(
