sharp pain under my left boob feels like its in my rib constant pain..heart burn? please help.

    It could be gas pain. I get a sharp pain in my chest -felt like it was in boob- and it's a gas pain.

    It doesn't sound like the heartburn that I had for 11 weeks with my last pregnancy.  I agree that it could be gas.  Heartburn (to me, at least) was when I felt the acid rising in my throat and it was just painful in my throat/esophageal area.
