So I've been doing a TON of pinteresting on baby portraits, and have fallen in love with vintage headbands. I decided to take a crack at it myself and see how I do, and managed to make 4 pieces for the price it would have cost to order 1 or 2 on etsy (depending on the seller). I was really pleased with how they turned out, so I thought I'd share if anyone else wants to get crafty.
Materials:
Flowers: Hancock Fabrics
Lace bands: Hancock Fabrics
Rhinestone pieces: Michaels (jewelry and button section)
Feathers: Michaels
French netting: JoAnns Fabrics
Arrange and sew together using felt to secure the pieces against the back of the flower.
I fully expect to have to make further alterations based on how Gisele sizes up lol (clipping pieces, etc), but everything can be easily rearranged.
