Needing: Lactation Consultant

I am looking for any one who knows a lactation consultant that lives in Northwest Houston. I recently gave birth to a wonderful little boy on the 21st of December and am looking for a lactation consultant who can help me with latching on and with questions I have. Please let me know if anyone knows of a good lactation consultant.

    Cherie (pronounced "sherry") Wilkes (281-980-9556).I have not used her, but I knew her personally through my church growing up and she has been recommended by many others.

    Super duper nice and she comes to your house for a few hours to help!

    Does she still have her own business?   It sounded like she doesn't because she is working full time at Tomball Hospital as their LC.   (I may be wrong, it may just be the pump rental business she got out of though)    She is very good though. 

    I know that she does have a weekly breastfeeding support group at Tomball Hospital on Wednesdays from 10-12.

    Yes she does.  Like I said, she comes to your house and does a session for a few hours.

    I never met with her in person, but I called her once and she was very helpful.  My Pedi recommends her.
