  I don't have a recipe but my friend had told me to use very weak chamomile tea as a substitute once so you might find recipes based on that too.

  I was too scared to make my own and then give it to my LO, so I used Colic Calm. It has all the same things in it as do the recipes, and it's FDA regulated, which made me feel more comfortable as well. Here's more info if you're interested:
