Its been suggested that I roll my 7 month old's food in wheat germ or cereal dust to make it easier for LO to grasp. Since I'm gluten-free, baby is to for the time being. I thought I might roll her food in Bragg's Nutritional Yeast. Any reason this isn't good for a baby?

We used it on tofu when B was young, but he hated it. Not sure if it was the texture (the tofu) or the flavor of the flakes, but it was more work than it was worth for us since we had to hunt the stuff down. If you have it handy it definitely works as a cereal dust substitute with far more nutritional benefits.
Contemplating the snow.

I like the vegan mac and cheese made with it, lots of B vitamins
