Hi everyone, I am new to this whole community board thing. I live about an hour from Boston. This is my husband and I first child. It is very exciting since my two older sister (10 and 12 yrs older) children are all grown ranging from 16 to 26. So there hasn't been a baby around in quite some time! So as far as boards go people just talk about anything and everything?

    Not really. there are a lot of very specific boards, as you can see to the left. As far as local boards, yes, it tends to be a free for all. I don't frequent this board terribly often because it's pretty slow, but it's usually posts asking for recommendations on baby-related topics. There's also a Boston Nesties board on the Nest that's more active.
