Another paint question

My brother just bought a house. They had a HUGE accent wall they painted black. He has black leather furniture and decided to paint the wall a cranberry splash. It looks absolutely fabulous, but now we are not sure what to do with the rest of the walls. White? The dining room is directly across from the cranberry wall and then he has a bar with a small wall to the ceiling.

So, white? Or a much lighter shade of cranberry?

Then-

His daughter is getting both spare rooms since they are not that big. We are doing one room (the one she'll sleep in) with neon blue walls and black trim with black furniture mostly.

The other room (pretty much her reading/play room- she's 12 and also a guest room) we are doing in probably a neon green with white trim and mostly white furniture. He's building her a window seat in between these two cool windows that are in a corner.

Too much? I'm thinking white is a bad idea, but not sure what else to do with the neon green. She wanted one wall black in each room, but I talked her out of it just because the rooms are pretty small.
