Glider pad advice needed FTM

We ordered a bassinett for our room for LO's first few months but the pad that came is horrible. Would be like laying her on just the wood. Any suggestions? I went to BRU and all they had was more of the same. I see some online, has anyone used them before? Thoughts? Advice? The changing pad fits in it perfectly but I worry that's not ok to use. FTM mom here so I'm a bit paranoid... help!

  • They're firm for a reason, that's what's safe for baby. Definitely don't have LO sleep on the changing pad.

  • You might be able to get some quilted/padded fitted sheets for it - like they sell for PNPs.  Otherwise PP is right, it's supposed to be firm.
