Today I was sitting eating sushi with my friends and DH. I was sitting there and all of a sudden I got lightheaded and everyone's voices sort of changed. I didn't get the stars around my eyes, but I got really worried that I was going to pass out. I almost said something, but was trying to control it. I really didn't want to have to lay down in the middle of a restaurant.
This happened to me once (maybe twice) during my last pregnancy, but luckily I was home and could just lay down. I have passed out once before at the gym (luckily I was with my trainer), but not since. Does this happen to anyone else? I feel pretty scared when that starts. What causes it (I'll ask my RE on Wednesday too)?

I was about halfway through my meal by then, so I don't think it was that. I'm a nurse too, but I work with cancer patients, not pregnant ladies so I'm not 100% sure what is happening. I hope you have a great new year as well!
