11 week PP Pains?!

Ok im having these sharp shooting pains in my uterus/insicion scar area....sometime in my lower back and shoulders but very rarely.... What could it be...i just had my period so i know its not that...could it be just gas bubbles??? Anyone going through this???

    yup. its the nerves growing back together.  had it my first c-section.  lasted until i had my second c-section and they grew back the right way.  some women have those pains for years.  it does get better, but at first it was like i couldnt even put my right foot down because i had lightning pains.
