Also maybe a little eucalyptus oil on your pillow at night, or on a hankie you keep near you for smelling - the eucalyptus scent helps open up the nasal passage and may alleviate some of the tension causing the headache.
I took Jr tylenol (stays in and doesn't hurt the belly) and am currently sitting on the couch with an ice pack that is being held in place with a hair band. DHs laughing isn't helping.

Neilmed sinus rinse and a hot steamy bathroom.
I've had a killer sinus infection this week, and until the meds kicked in, those were the only things that brought relief.
Hope you feel better...not a fun way to start 2012
