Ok this seems kinda stupid for me to have to ask because this is my second baby. With my first son my water started leaking and was kinda like a steady low flow stream til I went to doc and got induced. I woke up an hour ago to find what I assumed was just a lot of discharge but now I'm not so sure. I've changed underwear three times in an hour because of being sticky. Is it possible for your water to take on a sticky like consistency?

When my water broke with DS, it wasn't sticky. I needed to replace my pads, because they got saturated very quickly.

Some possibilities may be small portions of your mucus plug, or if you and your SO have had sex recently, I've found that I had a lot more secretions than usual because of that.
