How much are you paying your NYE babysitter?

I scanned the posts and didn't see anything on this yet today.  When I was younger I remember raking in the cash babysitting on NYE.  How much are you planning on paying your sitter tonight?  I am thinking 1.5x her normal rate is that fair?

    I would say that is fair.  Esp if its a teenager or under 21 that really can't do much.  I guess I am fortunate since 1.5x still = 0.  I have to work at the Psych Hospital Crisis unit and my H is at the firestation working for the night so mom is keeping her.

    We don't have a sitter tonight but last year we paid the sitter her normal rate. We put Abby to bed before we left (olivia went to bed shortly after) and were home at 12:10.  She was under 21 and is our regular sitter.  It never crossed my mind to pay her more.  She is still our regular sitter and has even done a weekend/overnights for us, so I guess she didn't expect anything more.

    0. DH is staying home (he volunteered) while I go out with his sister and our friends. DH is having a long and busy night at work so he doesn't feel like socializing.
