I saw your post on the ranitidine thread. We give zantac through a skinny syringe that we put in DS's mouth right beside the bottle nipple as he is sucking on the bottle. He doesn't love it, but he usually keeps drinking (if he stops, we don't use that moment to give meds). It's not flavored, but it might be even easier if the meds were. I don't know if you've tried this, but if you haven't it might be worth it. They suggested we put it in the bottle at the pedi's office, but I won't because I want DS to have the full dose. I hope you can figure out something that works!

I don't know what the original post said but, with my daughter who is ebf, I mixed her zantac with about 5 mls of my milk and we gave it her with a syringe, about .5mls per squirt. Also if that doesnt work talk with a LC about giving it with feeding tube, that is attached (usually with tape) to your breast, so when LO is nursing they can also be givin the med.
Re: **Ginny0211**Zantac suggestion
Thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortuntetely she doesn't like bottles or pacis so I don't think this would be an option with her.
