Easy appetizers?

I'm going to my cousin's tonight for NYE and we're just going to make some mixed appetizers... she is making sausage bread, clams, and whatever else she decides.

I'm planning on making pigs in a blanket (gotta have 'em) and I'm stumped for what else to make.

I'm kinda lazy and have my hands full with LO, so what easy appetizer type foods do you love?

Brie cheese! Cover a wheel of it in cranberry preserves, throw on some chopped almonds is you want, and wrap it in those crescent rolls- bake it however the rolls say so that the bread is cooked & cheese is melty. Bring whatever crackers you like.

This is one of the easiest recipes and always disappears in a flash.

It sounds kind of weird when you read through it, but it is so good.  We always make a double batch.

Stick in a crockpot to heat: frozen meatballs, 3 parts cheap grape jelly to one part cheap yellow mustard. Sounds awful, but they are so so good.

I did this, but with raspberry preserves & puff pastry. It was a hit!
