Foot massage

My DH wants to go sit in the sauna for a while. He offered to get me a foot massage but I don't know if I should. I thought those trigger point were more likely to effect you in the 1st and third trimester. Thoughts?

    I totally thought this was going to be a post asking:

    1) If anyone knew a cute poem for the invitations making it "optional" for guests to give the mother-to-be a foot massage during the shower (you could win a prize)

    2) Or hiring someone at the shower to gift foot massages. 

    Lol.  My brain is so trashed tonight after spending several hours at Chuck E Cheese with my toddler.

    I am a massage therapist and the only area I would avoid during the first trimester is the abdomen. There are trigger points on the inner ankle I believe that are thought to induce labor. I would just avoid deep pressure there. Pamper yourself :)

    Thanks. I did get it done. They told me no at first but when she came to get me she was like I'm a doula and specialize in prenatal massage you ll be fine. The whole experience was awesome. The conversation was amazing!
