Hyland's Meds for Kids - Anybody Ever Use It?!?

I bought some Hyland's homeopathic cough and cold at the store for Isabel but, I'm a little worried about giving it to her. I have never heard of the brand (not that that really matters) so it makes me a little nervous. 

I'm not sure where to look (reputable site) to check on the brand.

Has anybody here used it, heard of it or know a good site where I can research it a little bit.

Should I be worried about it? It's sold in the store, does that mean it has been checked out by the FDA (may be a dumb question but for myself I tend to think, "it's sold in a large store, it's okay"Embarrassed

    We use hylands & other home pathetic remedies. I am a fan. There was a hylands teething tablet recall last year, but I believe they worked it all out.

    Aw! I have no clue where I even came up with it. My middle name is Marie!  

    I guess it just goes:) My middle name used to be Lorraine so I have no idea where my mom got it:)

    We use it and LOVE it. My dr recominded it for Riley when he had croup for the 2nd time last winter. Now we keep it in stock and it helps him sleep even with a cold.

    I bought Target out of everything that was for cough for kids under 4, I got the Little Remedies suckers, the Hyland's reg and night time stuff, local honey, some Vicks thing and something else:) Of course she fell asleep early...

    LOL, isn't that always how it works! You do all that set up for a good night and they fall asleep early.

    Do you have a humidifier in her room? I think that helps a lot too.

    LOL, isn't that always how it works! You do all that set up for a good night and they fall asleep early.

    Do you have a humidifier in her room? I think that helps a lot too.

    We use a lot of Hyland's.  Hyland's cold and cough (regular and nighttime) is all we give the girls for coughs or runny noses -- it's great!

    I wish we could use hylands. They put lactose in all of their products. a nono for my dairy allergic daughter.
    Dx: MFI, DOR, 9 Fibroids and homozygous MTHFR
