Abbreviations

I'm so lost here. I keep seeing all these abbreviations all over the place (ie. DH, DD, IF, TTC, just to name a few). I feel like I need a cheat sheet here to help decode all of this. Is there a place I can go on this site, or can someone just help me? I feel like I'm missing out on some really good information sometimes.
