I am close, in Seattle, but I don't imagine you would want to travel for this sort of thing. I think there are a couple of good places to go down in Portland. Maybe you may have some luck asking on the local Portland board? This comes up occasionally on the Seattle board.
I went with Oregon Reproductive Medicine in downtown Portland. They had the best rates for my age group (<35) with the most recent SART data in the country. And were in the top 10 for other groups (I think #1 for 40+ too). I thought the doctors did an excellent job and only did tests that were needed. OHSU also has a great program but I didn't want to work with residents and fellows. I think OHSU might tackle more difficult cases though. Portland is a fun city to live in!
