Pink Eye & Extended Family Christmas
OK, so I have pink eye, its just in my left eye and the goopy crusty crap hasn't reappeared since I've been super anal about putting these drops in every 1-3hrs.
Here's my issue, we're supposed to go to H's grandma's tomorrow to celebrate Christmas with H's extended side of the family. They've only seen LO 1 time last year when H's grandfather passed away. I feel fine, no fever, and like I said, my eye is fine as long as I keep putting drops in it.
I called my Dr today and they don't seem too worried, just gave me a prescription for more drops and said if its not better by Tuesday to come in or see an eye Dr. ...
H is concerned about me going to his grandma's and seeing the extended family. I'm super good about not touching my face (especially now) and with washing my hands before I touch anything. And yes, I do want to go

You should be fine, definetly go, Our rule at daycare is one round of drops before returning so if that is good enough for toddlers who touch e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. then you shouldn't be worried at all.
Plus, I'm willing to bet that at some point or another H's extended family has exposed you to something without you knowing- I don't see a reason to tell them. I mean, pink eye is yucky and always gets a certain reaction from people regardless of treatment or not. With you treating it already and being so diligent, I'd just go and not mention it.
