I found The Knot while doing a search for wedding favors and started posting there. Then they kept linking posts on "the crazy bump" so when I got pregnant I was like "oh hey, a board for people who are in the same stage of pregnancy as me? That's cool" and was amazed at the lack of crazy.

I found the knot in a bridal magazine when I was planning a wedding with my ex back in 2004. There wasn't a nest or a bump back then. But I still lurked the site and saw when both were added. I go WAY back. lol.

I was on the "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" Forum since I charted before pg and on one post they were talking about the bump and how everyone was mean there. I was intrigued, and here I am! FTR, everyone isn't mean!

I found the Bump at my hospital they gave me a small baby book at my first appointment and the book was advertising the Bump. I was so happy and i told my DH that i found an awesome site for moms due on the same month. Yay for the Bump!

I transitioned from knot to nest to bump according to various life events. I still consider a board on thenest my home board.

When were they added?

Thenest was added about 6 months to a year after I got married. I remember because there was a board called "your new house" on theknot and we all got kicked over to decorating and renovating on thenest. People were piiiissssed. There were some women who were there already who had never been on theknot.

I was on the knot while planning my wedding back in 2006/2007, then started hanging out on the nest, but didn't post as much as I did when on the knot.

I lurked on TB for about a month after we decided to start TTC. Then I got pregnant right away and found July pretty much within the first couple of weeks after getting my BFP. I probably clicked on it out of curiosity and just never left.

Same here. Started the knot in 06, transitioned to the nest where I used to post frequently on one board, fell of the nest for awhile and then moved on the bump. Looks like I've been "falling off" the bump for awhile too.

I was a member of theknot.com, not sure how I ever found thenknot, and I remember getting an e-mail that they were starting a new website. It was thenestbaby.com then, but it has since changed to thebump.com. I remembered when I got pregnant with DD1 that the knot has the site.
