More symptoms?

I feel like I am getting my hopes too high, can someone tell me an experience that they had when ttc? I am feeling really nauseous after I eat, as well as in the morning when I wake up. I wake up in the middle of night with heartburn. I also have been very bloated, and my boobs hurt so bad! My face is breaking out and I feel tired after doing almost nothing, and have been getting really light headed and having headaches frequently. I have also had frequent urination going on! I have never had any of these symptoms before af before. Anyone have any thoughts or help??

Re: More symptoms?

  • If you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you're pregnant enough for a test. Pee on a stick.

Personally, TTC has been a total mindfkuc for me. If I paid attention to every "symptom" I would go insane. I know it's frustrating, sorry.

  • They're either phantom symptoms, or you're pregnant. No one on here can tell you which.

Take a test in the morning, and if you don't get AF in a week, take another. If you get to 60 days with no AF, call your doctor.

Welcome to TTC, it's a mindfuck.

  • You got good advice yesterday which isn't going to change today.

When I first started ttc, I had tons of symptoms, but I wasn't pregnant.  I was suddenly hyper-aware of any potential symptom in a way I'd never been before.

In fact, my most successful pregnancies had fewer symptoms before my period was due than any other ttc cycle that was non-pregnant.

If you have enough pregnancy hormone to be creating symptoms, you have enough to test positive on a home pregnancy test.  But honest to god, most women do not experience all these symptoms in early pregnancy (and I mean early; many women have few to no symptoms until after 6 weeks)- maybe you are pregnant, but more likely, you're just looking for things that seem out of the ordinary.

Go take a test.  That's the only thing that can tell you if you are pregnant.

  • Don't be sorry haha. It is very frustrating, I am scared that I am going to take a test and get a negative and be super let down! It has definitely been a mindfuck for me too! :/ Thanks a lot! How long have you been trying?

    Exactly.

OP for what it's worth I have had the same symptoms you have listed and I have yet to get pregnant.  The only way to know for sure one way or the other is to take a pregnancy test.

  • Ok, we've been lying, we can tell if you're pregnant by the descriptions of your symptoms.  Just squash your vag up to the webcam and we'll take a peek around to confirm.

  • Pee on your keyboard and give us 5 minutes. Then we can tell you if you are KU or not.

  • I had more symptoms when I wanted to be pregnant vs actual pregnant.

Only way to know is if you pee on a stick.
