Tonight we are going out with some "new friends." We met them once. I feel like its a blind date and am a little nervous but excited for new couple friends. lol

Well, since DH hasn't put out since conception our LO#2, I am planning on finding some random guy to bone. I have needs and he's too busy "working and providing for our family" WTF.

Seriously though, after shopping for a new red shirt I will probably stop at Panera for a cookie. Woo.

DH has to work late tonight, so I'll be scotching it up on the couch, hopefully. As for tomorrow night, I am looking forward to not doing anything at all. I'll probably be continuing on with my "The Walking Dead" marathon.

I get out of the house 3 times int he next 24 hours! DH is taking us out to eat tonight, which will be sweet. We all need to get out of the house. Then I get to work tomorrow and I might sneak off to watch a hypnotist for NYE, with or without DH.

I just read both of these and got so jealous you have no idea.
I have to go to a stupid NYE get-together across the street. Stupid neighbors for all getting along so well and getting all buddy-buddy.

I did sort of suggest DH go and I could stay home with C but the ILs live so CONVENIENTLY close and are happy to spend NYE on our couch.

Damn them to hell. I want my own couch, booze, and remote control.

This made me snort. The most exciting thing I have going on is eating Dorito Casserole for dinner. Not very healthy but it's so yummy. Oh and also I bought one of those cutesy mini-kegs for NYE, can't wait to tap that.

my mom and i are making a delicious clean lasagna with chicken and spinach for NYE. i can't wait. we've already made the sauce. DH is working late tonight and working tomorrow afternoon so i probably wont be up to anything with him...except for maybe around 12:30am sunday. that could work. hmmm..

Tonight, C is staying with my parents while DH and I go to the Mavs game (its b-ball season, expect me to have crankies after every loss and strutting about after every win). Hoping for a win.

Tomorrow we are staying home and celebrating with those who matter. Our kid and dogs. We have been invited to a couple of parties, but while we are considering one of them - the friends have a little girl C's age - most likely even if we go, we will come home early. The couple of times C has stayed up late, he has been a bear the next day.

No shennanigans this weekend. AF is visiting and I am not up for buttsecks or bjs. Cramps have been killer which is one reason I am bumping and not working, cant concentrate.

We are staying home all weekend and I cannot fukcing wait! We have spent the entire last week running around, having to be certain places by certain times every day, and it has made me cranky. And it has made Bridget cranky. I am currently coming up with a yummo menu of appetizers to whip up for DH and I to gorge on after B is in bed tomorrow night.

NYE party tomorrow at our house!! Can't wait. The best part is, we threw this party together YESTERDAY and so far 15 people or so are coming and DD is staying at grandma's!! The worst part is, we have to attend DH's great aunt's 80th birthday party on Sunday at one...praying we won't be too hungover!

I may finally finish a library book I've had for over a month. Play scrabble with dh and inlaws. Watch the snow fall by the fire at my inlaws country home in ny. Paint samples for lesson plans for 6th and 7th graders.

This is the first new years eve when I won't get to dress up. I'm a little bummed.

LOL I'm so lazy. I'm sorta excited to dress cute because I got cute clothes for Christmas. And yet still....kind of wish I'd be channelling Sookie and KJ chilling on the couch.

Im more sad because I have no reason to dress cute, I can usually muster up an outfit. All of our friends ditched us this year and it seems pointless for just the two of us to go out in a remote area of upstate ny and freeze our arses off. I hate being a grownup at times like these.
