keep pumping?

Because my one week old was falling asleep so much I was pumping and giving her bottles, especially at night. The pump was pulling more milk than she was, and now I have a huge supply. I get sore after just a few hours.

Now that I've figured out a better way to get her to latch and keep her awake, I want to minimize how much I'm pumping and really just have her feed 90% of the time. However, while she is getting enough and satisfied, she's still not getting as much as the pump was. I'm still full when shes done.

Should I continue to pump to relieve? Or just let her continue to bf until my supply adjusts?

Unless you're in pain, just let her eat and your supply will regulate. It's normal (pumping or not) to be a bit engorged for the first month-ish. If you are uncomfortable, just pump off a bit to feel better. Don't try to empty the breasts.

babies are more effective than pumps, your lo will get what he/she needs..and your supply will regulate itself
