this is an update from my other two post.

 

i went to the specialist today and for once someone actually listened to me. I still dont have any clear answers on whats going on but i have been left with a few options.

1. i have already miscarried (she doubts because my numbers went up and my cervix is pretty much closed)

2. i am in the process of miscarrying (its a possibilty with my cervix being mostly closed and with all the bleeding)

3. Its a tubal pregnancy (she doubts because nothing is showing up but she isn't ruling it out just to be safe)

4. this could possibly be implantation bleeding. 

5. this is an abnormal pregnancy

 

She took some more blood and they are going to run my levels and see if they are going up or down. They're main concern at this point is my levels are so high that something should be showing on the ultrasound but nothing is. She said if my levels go up they will do another ultra sound on monday to see if they can see anything and if not we will go from there and continue to monitor my levels.

 

This may sound really bad but by the sounds of all this i dont think im going to have a baby right now and ive accepted the fact its gone... i just dont want to hold on to false hope....has anyone else had this problem before? Nothing is making sense but atleast this doctor isn't ruling anything out or saying for sure.

    I have never gone through this but I just wanted to send my condolences and to say it really does sound like the doctor is covering every possible angle and is helping you through this.  So sorry

    I am so sorry to hear about what you are going through. I cant imagine how difficult it must be. My T&P are with you and your family.

    yes she is. We aren't ruling out anything or saying its one thing when we dont know for sure. Its possible that there is a healthy baby in there and im to early to see but we aren't taking any chances since a tubal pregnancy is possible.

    yes thats what im really happy about with this doctor and i feel a lot more comfortable with her than i did with the other one. i just hope this is all over soon

    i do have a wonderful doctor im so much happier with this one. She is wanting to rule out things one at a time starting with the miscarriage. So we will see what happens

    thats what she is worried about and looking at but with my betas going up shes monitoring them to see whats going on. Ill update again as soon as i get my levels back tomorrow morning. thank you to everyone for all the prayers and kind words.

     

    to theresat858- thank you for sharing what you went through the more im posting and reading on here the more im learning about everything that is going on.

    I'm so sorry you're going through this. You will be in my T&P and I wish for the best outcome for you! My cervix stayed closed through both my my mc's (at least it was closed when I was being checked out). I knew it was a mc by the chunks of clotty blood.

    well see thats whats throwing me for a loop is i dont have any clotting... is it possible to miscarry without any clotting and not alot of blood? I forgot to ask my ob about this while i was there. Also she said i have a cyst on each overy can that cause bleeding without clotting?

    im not sure how far along i am no one will tell me. All they keep asking is are you clotting, have you been clotting and telling me that im far enough along by my hormone levels that something should be showing up on the ultrasound. this is just so confusing. I do know that my numbers went up between 12/27 and 12/28 but i dont know if they went down since then or up, i wont know that information until tomorrow

    i figured they wouldn't be able to date how far along i was until they could see the baby on the ultrasound and measure they baby. All this started because the ER doctor and the other two doctors cant see anything on the ultrasound. They are really concerned because they said with my levels being 3262 they should see something. is 3262 a normal number if im only suppose to be 4 or 5 weeks along?
