IMO the ones that come as travel system are not very good quality joggers (for actual jogging). We have a baby jogger Summit XL and can't say enough about how much we love it. I wish we had just gotten that, the carseat adapter and a seperate carseat and forgot the travel system altogether.

I'm getting a city mini but it's not good for actually jogging. If we change our mind, and DH decides to actually jog with the baby, we might get a BOB
I'm not crazy about the adapter so I'm getting the chicco snap and go for the infant stage.
I was wondering the same thing because I can't wait to start running again. Was thinking of getting a baby trend. I heard some positive things about them as a travel system.
But was also just thinking of getting a cart/frame thing for the first few months and waiting to jog till the baby is old enough to put in the jogger without the car seat. The joggers that don't have infant carriers on them seem to be better. ??? Im not sure what to do either.
We're getting the Britax B-Agile, which like the City Mini (which was my second choice!) isn't a true jogger, although *I think* it does have a lockable front wheel (not positive - wasn't a big factor for me!) and is just awesomely agile. We plan to use the adaptor so we can use the Chicco Keyfit seat on it. The Britax B-Safe seat that goes with the stroller didn't fit in my Mustang very well, but for normal vehicle driving people the Britax system would be a good option!
I bit the bullet and sprung for a Bob Revolution, but I'm an avid runner and hoping to train for a 1/2 marathon next year.
It's super pricey, but when I looked at the reviews I new it would hold up to what I'm expecting of it (Average of 20km/week until I start training).
I was lucky and scored a Boxing Day deal of 20% off stroller and accessories at a local baby store, so I picked up the infant seat adapter too. I'm having a section, so I realistically won't be doing any hardcore running until the baby is 3 months old.
It all depends on what you are using it for. If you just want a 3 wheel stroller there are a lot of great, cheaper ones out there. But if you are truly planning to use it for fitness purposes, make sure you buy one that is built to withstand the rigors of your chosen activity.

We also registered for a BOB (with DHs family and family friends, someone will buy it for us thankfully), because DH is an avid runner/marathoner. That is the one thing he wanted to pick out. It has an adapter too for chicco and graco car seats. It is pricey, but that is honestly the only stroller period we registered for. Our runner friends say its the only one they use, even just going to normal places.
Re: Jogging strollers
This looks like an awesome stroller, however I don't believe its actually meant for true jogging, not sure if thats your intentions or not!
This.
