Fenugreek?

I've been trying to increase my supply and I think I'm going to give this a shot. Anyone have success with it? Any recommendations on brands or dose to buy/use?

I use it and it definately helps. I didn't have a huge issue with supply but since I am going back to work I wanted to get some more stash and make sure when I pump my supply doesn't change. I take it three times daily. Good luck!
